Bumped the wire and my s19 miner rebooted. Weird. Bumped it paying attention and I can hear a sizzle. A few more bumps and I see the spot arcing inside the sheathing. No hot spot on thermal imaging when I first tested. Breaker off and disconnect the wire from the breaker. Cut it open and found this inside.
Lots of power means lots of problems when something goes wrong. It wasn't hot when I checked during install or when I found the problem but I could see the sheathing was a little melty.
