Do the big relays still require proof of work levels? I was never really sure where proof of work stood in nostr? Does it work ? Does anyone really care? I got rejected by a relay for not having 24 POW and was surprised that relays still require it. Does it really deter spam or was it just a left over idea that was tried but not really used much anymore?
