I mean I’m not a lawyer or anything but I would be cautious of this violating some part of CFR. Not tryna be a bummer. Just don’t want people to get in any trouble

Oh, American laws. Movie archive exists outside of that jurisdiction I think.
It's just reposting movies hosted on YouTube & archive.org anyways, it will be fine.
