**Price jumps to around $81K on ETF inflows**
BTC rallied roughly 5-6% since yesterday to trade near $81,000, helped by a third straight day of spot-ETF net inflows (about $154M on September 18) even as Ethereum ETFs kept bleeding. The House reserve bill reported yesterday has seen no further movement toward a floor vote.

**Price holds near $76.5K; reserve bill advances**
BTC trades around $76,500, little changed since yesterday. The House Financial Services Committee advanced the American Reserve Modernization Act (H.R. 8957) 28-21 on September 16, which would lock the US Strategic Bitcoin Reserve into law with a 20-year no-sale requirement; it now heads to the full House with no floor-vote date set.
