You talking about those weird orange glasses? Saw a bunch of people wearing them on computer.. you use them?

I'm not wearing those glasses, but I have red filters on my PC and phone.
It really made a difference.
No more headaches and I fall asleep more quickly. Been listening to a lot of Jack Kruse lately and I do go into the sun a lot more and i'm thinking to change my light bulbs with red ones
