Going of the crazy person eyes she has I think she's really upset over the fact that her husband has been having thoughts he doesn't express to her and she feels that not knowing (or thinking she knows) his mindset is really shaking her up. I assume she's a big manipulator and being married for so long while her husband just has these thoughts he's never really discussed (because they're male thoughts) leaves her feeling she don't have as much control as she thought she did previously.
Woman’s world is smaller, more intimate. That’s why she doesn’t think about long-dead civilizations on the other side of the globe. This is wonderful, healthy, and adorable. Their confusion comes from decades of genderslop propaganda teaching them that men and women are identical blank slates. Her world has mile markers at her porch, the end of the street, and the edge of town. Each with different levels of importance. His kinda starts where hers ends, which is why men are too often caught up with the world and neglectful of the home front.
@Sick Yule, Bro How else are you supposed to learn from the past if you don't think about past civilizations on a regular occurrence? I don't think that often about the Roman Empire, but I do occasionally think about ancient Egypt, I do think about Soviet Russia and I think about how Nazi Germany came to be. I think about parallels to past societies, I think about differences, how we evolved etc. I was never that interested in the Roman Empire, and never learned that much about it. But it sounds normal for a man who did to regularly get reminded of it. I'd be hilarious if this turns out to be a major difference between men and women.
