you can do much more user friendly utxo management of cold storage without the robot having the keys
the robot replaces sparrow, not coldcard/seedsigner

Agreed but you still have to sign a PSBT for UTXO consolidation. I guess the bot could tell you that you need to do it and how, but a person still has to sign the PSBT.
