Would you consider expanding your website to the hospitality industry in general? i.e. My friend actually runs a boutique hotel and wine rooms, he is a chef and a restaurant inspector for "The Times" His family also own a second restaurant on the Isle of Wight. He has the ability to push this through traditional print media. Also, your website, I believe, should have a call to action, i.e. contact us or these people / organisations to help, or case studies etc...

appreciate the feedback. it was just a domain i liked, and the message sort of sprung from that so all feedback is really helpful. as you've gathered, I don't have any real call to action... I'm not sure what that would be if i'm honest. I'm trying to shout about the obvious solution not sell something per se. It absolutely is applicable to the entire hospitality industry. I will update the website to reference pubs and the wider hospitality industry... Any other feedback that would help the cause i'm all ears!
