Anonymity is king. It's enough to know for you and you only that you are the one holding everything together. Do what feels right for you. Fame and money will never be recognition for your true self. Akqasys insufficient. It's just a distraction for the soul.

that is not even the thing, people just don’t know they rely on so much that is being done by unpaid or barely paid volunteers

True. Life always bordering its own extinction through unknown unknowns. Crazy ride it is with plenty of unforseen (unconscious) consequences. Awareness of it is good, but it will never make this principal go away. Always more unknown unknowns to connquer through luck, dedication or catastrophe
