Not endorsing. Criminal behaviour will get extinct with the extinction of democratic, commie, fascist and alike governments anyway. But while both are still here, they might as well be used one on another to test resilience of Nostr, or at least appetite of the powerful ones to attack it.

Crime in Africa and South America is literally enforced by USA, EU, and UK.
This crime is some of the biggest investments those democracies actually spend anywhere.
As soon as these democracies seize, no police, army or anything like that is needed anywhere.
