I understand the threats. I think they are way overblown at this point and there are open souce solutions coming that are going to revolutionize society derived off the power of the bitcoin network. I understand what draws people to monero only other "crypto" that i can understand why after 1000 hours in the space you could still be conflicted / confused. I use to own a bunch as well. But storing wealth in monero is a mistake. You are losing out on the monetization phase of the answer humanity has been looking for. Bitcoin will be 100% anon, will be the only monetary system, will be our salvation. It just doesn’t fall out of th3 sky land on your face and start to wiggle. You have to be part of what is coming or be able to derive what is coming and it is easy to be skeptical because humanity is typically really stupid and good at being cattle. Not this time. The NPC's are going to have freedom shoved down their throat and not even realize it is happening.

Actually if it is critical thinking, mixed with, you know what is missing that would change the world, holy shit, let's build it. Knowing you have the resources to make it happen, knowing if we fail it will be because someone else did it better and the end result will be the same, knowing not guessing that "Bitcoin is inevitable" is not dogma. It is reality understood.
Will be? As an early adopter of Bitcoin my life today depends on the best private store of wealth. I can not wait for maybe 5 or 10 more years. Even if I would ignore market cycles (I do not) I would give a fuck about a couple more percentage points in gains against failing fiat, when the life of me and my family is on the line. The sheer size of offshore banking in worthless USD shitcoin vs sound gold market is all you need to know about the real preferences of the rich.
