I have been using nostr with the yakihonne app for about 6 months now, I've really enjoyed nostr. It's so much more than just a social media platform, it's an entire ecosystem of different apps, for different uses.
I'm totally ignorant about BCH but it's nice seeing a bunch of new users show up.
