We already do that, after each event is created, we show the event organizer a big "Share it to your Nostr feed" button (as a note with a link to Satlantis) as well as smaller buttons to other social media platforms. Regarding @Club Orange (@Matteo Pellegrini please correct me if I'm wrong): the ticketing and attendee management happens within Luma via their API.
