The disturbing point in this item is that apparently Israel knew all along where he was staying. Israel could have killed him long ago. Someone made a decision not kill him unless he proves that he is an inciting figure. Whi else in Hizballah is alive just Because it wasn't proven that he is an inciting figure? As I am writing this I realize that it can all be psych op. Maybe Israel didn't know where he was an couldn't kill him. The moment they had a chance, they killed him.
