This book tripped me out. so manipulative. I was shocked to think this is how some are operating. Not from a place of virtue

That's why I read the whole thing
The author mentions your very accurate perspective in the preface. Even if you discard many of these ‘laws’ as immoral, at least knowing the tactics help prevent others from taking advantage of you…. I found it to be a fascinating read.
