Beef vegetable soup. Fall is my favorite season, too. Unfortunately we sometimes go from highs in the 80s to lows below freezing in about 2 weeks. Last year we had a wonderful long fall. We are getting some pretty good color right now. Today's high was 46 F and raining. That temp is nice when it is dry, but not when it is drizzling. It is possible we could get a freeze either of the next two mornings. We will see.
