Can’t use Phoenix for OCEAN payouts because it doesn’t allow setting a memo on the BOLT12 offer. You can use Coinos tho. Check out my guide. 🤙

Thanks for the guide, I'll check it out! Is this a different type of memo? It seems like Phoenix does support it.
