try to stay off your sides. I know itβs hard to do when ur tryna sleep!

just think back to when u were a child and it was time to go to sleep; it helps. it was lights out no phone or tv nearby. just 10-20 minutes your knocked out sleep.

My rules are
No phone in the bedroom, no food in the bedroom.
