In today’s world of information overload; being enlightened is not the problem.
Many obtain the knowledge of the enlightened.
Unfortunately the unenlightened path is still successful in many use cases. Thus still traveled by many as the best choice possible, making it appealing to those that should know better but desire a more gentle and well worn path.
Look around!
If the past confirms that we can do better; why do we continue to double down on the current bad ideas?
Because betting against established success is extremely dangerous, difficult and risky unless the new bet can be proven to be the new sure thing.
Then it is the new best bet.
