Becoming a black pepper aficionado for real. When preparing a steak I use Tellicherry Peppercorns before cooking and after it's done I put some Kampot Cambodia Black Peppercorns on top. Love the mix of those two. Any steak and black pepper people here to may be show me some other top shelf Peppercorns ? image
