some maintenance tricks: i walk backwards often - to the public just say you are training to be a tour-guide; crawl up and down the stairs head first; crawl using knees; bring a hachet on walks to clear away dead branches from trees in order to clear a potential workout area for pull-ups and dips; carry & throw around rocks & heavy branches;
