It's not so much the app, it's the media host. If the videos are too large, they'll fail for free accounts. Paying for Primal or Nostr.build solves that issue. Do you know how large your video is?

You should be using video compression tools because these are not part of clients or media hosts.

Most free media hosting, especially those powered by the Blossom protocol, have a 100MB per upload limit.
Going to need to do some compression before uploading.
