Took a short hiatus from the pull ups and the steps this weekend.
The pull ups were my way to stay committed during a hectic time in the middle of moving states, juggling multiple jobs, etc.
I'm grateful to have stayed the course. Without the pull ups, and the daily steps, I would likely have lost most of the fitness I spent months/years acquiring, and may have picked up some nasty habits in parallel...
This weekend, I started working on project that I hope to bring to the athletes I coach by the end of the month.
I've always considered myself lucky to have learned from some of the best (coaches, teachers, mentors) and have wanted to share the tools and methods they taught me. I felt inspired to share some of these methods with people around me. Tennis athletes in particular, but also young athletes in other sports, or regular gym-goers who want to build more than "all show, no-go" bodies.
There's never been a better time to build these tools and share them for the world to use.
I love Nostr.
The internet is beautiful.
You can just build things.
Onward!
