Patients who are 200+ pounds overweight and get pissed at us for their care being more complicated are quite the treat. I'm so sorry that we can't feel or see veins that are covered by 2 inches of fat. I'm sorry that even an ultrasound requires a "bigger needle." My bad for causing all that.
