I use them to make a unique risotto! I may have posted it before, Iβll look for it when I have time to spare.
If you wish to remove some of the gassy effects, try pickling, I hear.
But I donβt always have them pickled, I just have them in small enough quantities thereβs no noticeable effect, I think.
