it's *seen* through the exertion of effort.
which is a "journey" of sorts.
If everyone could hear "just stop searching outside" and actually DO it
everything would be a lot simpler 😂

But that's the thing my man.
We can all do that. And at some point, some of us do.
The thing is, for most people it takes the pain and suffering of not changing to be greater than the comfort to continue to live the illusion.
