I want you to stop watching negative YouTube videos. Practice mindfulness and meditation to keep you calm and from spiraling. Your mind is a sponge. Your mind subconsciously absorbs everything and once it’s in your mind you have to process it. I actively filter things that I don’t like out. 💜
