Reading some comments, I realise that not all folks understand that Nostr is for everybody. When I came here, it was a general understanding that even bad people use Nostr & Bitcoin, and there's nothing we can do about it. But from that to putting "shitcoiners" in the bad-people category, it feels dumb. Like in the "unfree" society, people tend to gang up against each other instead of ganging up against the common problems. Yeah, people use #bch. I don't even know what it is, and I don't use it. None of them ever had an issue with me. Take the #monero gang. They were always more than wonderful with me, even if I'm more of a passenger rather than a hardcore anything.
Nostr won't succeed if we're just sour bitches towards anything different, and I'm sure that a lot of good people left just because of that. We yell the idea of freedom while in practice doing the opposite.
Half-ass rant over. ๐บ

"But but but, I need to be a maxi and everything else is a shitcoin"
Ignore those toxic retards and mute them. Don't waste one second of your time, they're just frustrated people that discovered Bitcoin last year or so and believe they know everything better.
It's full of good and interesting guys in here if you can see around the garbage ๐๐ป
I was reading in random folks' thread reading so it's nobody's fault.
It's just zero interest in letting others tell their story. "mY TrUtH!" Even if we like it or not, Bitcoin is a bet, not an absolute truth.
I agree and by and large, the government serves as the ultimate common enemy. While modern political discourse often focuses on partisan division, the root problem is structural. Systemic corruption and bureaucratic overreach consistently prioritize state control and special interests over individual liberty and the public good.
