I've been creating a web recently. When buying the domain, I couldn't do it without an ID card. The only website without KyC that I found was njal.la. but they own the domain.
So my question is, if the law wants exchanges to have KYC, how do you make the web so that the state can not take it down? The majority of domains are controlled by governments (.com, .org, etc).
I understand that a p2p app cannot be controlled because it has a lot of peers like utorrent. But how do you achieve that in a web? Thank you for everything.
