Gak kebayang luar jawa itu : akses jalan kurang bagus, antar wilayah jauh, penduduk tersebar, banyak sungai besar, perbukitan juga banyak, listrik dan akses informasi (internet) tidak merata, trus kena badai siklon tropis atau bencana lainnya. Kondisi yg sangat sulit.
