While making his way to the French Embassy in New York City last night, French President Emmanuel Macron was briefly held up by a street closure as U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s motorcade passed through. Macron reportedly phoned Trump afterward to jokingly complain, teasing him about his “slow motorcade.”
