Hola Tuco I remembered this post of yours this week when I was notified by my banks about the freezing of all my assets. The reason isn't entirely important to me. It’s just a simple mismatch between the renewal timing of my foreign ID card and the deadlines for submitting it in order to continue being a bank user… Fortunately, more than 95% of my capital is safe in cold wallets 😁. But the remaining part, necessary for daily life, is frozen and at risk of being fully seized due to contract cancellations. Yes, being a bit paranoid has proven beneficial. I take away the lesson that that money was never truly mine. It never was and never will be as long as it's in the hands of a third party. Despite being money I've accumulated through hours of work and effort, it’s not mine right now simply because a company and a government deem it better this way. What a waste. And I make no objection. Their company, their rules. But now I will apply the same principle. My effort, my money, my rules. Nada, solo compartiendo mi experiencia de estos días.

At the end they are helping us to open the eyes. They make you feel so bad, that you rethink and overthink it so many times that the only conclusion you get is that we are giving them our most valuable, they are holding our money=time and they have too much power. It’s about time for us to take responsibility on this.
