I would start by watch this tutorial video by @npub1rxys...hnp8 My big issue was the mis-reading of the installation documentation and getting eSim to work. The eSim needs to functional on the Pixel phone first before installing GrapheneOS. I missed this step and had to go with a regular Sim chip. Zapstore is my default store to use. I'm not an app junking so have very few additional apps installed.
