Since you are playing dumb. Let me spell it out for you. If (when) self custody is made a felony. What you gonna do? Comply or think like a criminal? When running a node is considered an unlicensed money transmitter, comply or think like a criminal? You opinion of crime is irrelevant. What the state says is a crime matters. You gonna purposely stand in front of a gun? Doubt it. Like I said, easy to act gangsta online. But what ya gonna do when reality kicks in your door?

When that which is right and good and actual free voluntary action is a crime I must be a criminal in order to be ethical - carefully lest I be thrown in a cage or worse.

I'd rather not go through the hassle of the sham court system. And, complying is no guarantee that you'll not be shot. Anyone pointing a gun at me or mine in order to take them away is an enemy that deserves death. Plain and simple.

Criminals tend to not want to get caught because they are doing something wrong, and usually know it.
I do not want to "get caught" because I am NOT doing something wrong. Therefore, it is NOT categorically the same.
There is that which is true in principle then there are actual actions which will not be communicated in relatively insecure channels with a less than fully separated from "government self" identity.
