If some socialist mf, at power at the time, creates a law that gives them legal frame to kill you - execute you - it won't be a murder?
The Bible supports independent nations of their own church and law.
In America? The farther we move from natural law the less legitimate the magistrate becomes and the more likely God allows revolution.

State authority is illegitimate. If a state exists its only legitimate role is to enforce contracts and use force to stop individuals and groups from violating natural rights of individuals.
Anything it does outside of that is illegitimate.
Its not very good at the former and it does a lot of the latter.
