I want you to see this video. These are the conditions at the central hospital in my city. It's supposed to be a free hospital, but it's anything but. Because there are no supplies, patients have to buy absolutely everything, from admission forms to gauze, needles, medicine, and anything else you can imagine. There are thousands of stories of people who have surgery there and get bacterial infections, ending up worse off.
