**Kremlin claims Putin accepted Trump's energy truce; Ukraine keeps striking**

**Kim Jong Un pledges "invariable support" to Putin**
In a letter reported by state media, North Korea's Kim Jong Un told Putin his government has a "firm will" to broaden cooperation with Russia and called Moscow's war "sacred," a reply to Putin's earlier anniversary greetings.
