Maybe. Saylor has more skin in the game than anyone, and has peerless tech credentials, and he isn’t in favor of BIP-110. I don’t have a node, so don’t have a meaningful opinion.
Its not Saylor's money. Its tens of thousands or more investors money in Bitcoin. He is just the central point but the many billions are not his.
He has decent personal stack, but its not what you are pointing to.
