Any action has an opportunity cost of all the things that you could have done instead.
Action is your expression of what is actually important to you & also what it is you believe. You don't do anything that you believe is not in your best interest, in some way.
Watch & reflect on your actions & then do your best to act more purposefully. If you haven't acted in your best interest, ask what would you have to believe to have acted in this way?
