While we were initially exploring earlier dates, we've heard you about needing more time to coordinate. total cost approx. (50 attendees) USD 30.595 + tax venue (nov 20-21): main stage: $950 + tax ( 2 days ) 2nd stage: $650 + tax ( 2 days ) extra meeting room: $650 + tax ( 2 days ) lunch/coctail (fuegos al polo) nov 20: $1500 lunch/cocktai (fuegos al polo) nov 21: $3000 total: $9,000 + tax A/V and streaming services:  total: $10,595 + tax AA&BB (coffee breaks/lunch): $110 + tax per person (50 attendees / 2 days) total: $11.000 TOTAL = USD 30.0595 + tax ( 21%)
