(50 attendees) USD 26.095+ tax venue (nov 3-4): main stage: $950 + tax 2nd stage: $650 + tax extra meeting room: $650 + tax total: $4,500 + tax A/V and streaming services: total: $10,595 + tax AA&BB (coffee breaks/lunch): $110 + tax per person (50 attendees / 2 days) total: $11.000 TOTAL = USD 26.095 + tax
