Great minds think alike
I would be totally honored and flattered if my work is an inspiration to others to be honest!
Considering the fact 2/3 authors follow me on LinkedIn it is a bit unusual that they “never even heard” of my work, but let’s say it was a coincidence and call it a day- can’t go into the same drama for two days. It’s not a big deal.
Now, I’m a recruiter and not a social media expert, but I guess when you use an account that represents your employer, to post things on their behalf, you should stay away from:
- claiming something is 100% true unless it’s the same person just under a different name, but still looks unprofessional.
- using words such as “even” - sounds disrespecting, and considering this is now an official note from an organization, the tone of your words is super important.
P.P.S. The same organization I provide with a lot of love and support publicly by sharing the content, and liking, as well as in a more private manner, for example, when I extended my respect and support to Relai team in person, in Prague conference last year. I will continue to support Relai’s work because I think it’s awesome. I also like the article, it’s easy to read and cool.
Have a great weekend!
Hi @Thunder.
What bothered Arsen, and also Relai (who by the way had nothing to do with it) is that the matter could be clarified in private, avoiding accusatory public posts like this one above and on X (and yes, even if it is not explicitly written, it is still not nice).
Anyway, given the obvious misunderstanding, all friends as before and that's it :)
