@npub1pg8k...az99 It's bleedingly obvious that this is a gross exaggeration and simplification. Likely just the very centre has been pedestrianised. Which is true for most medium size cities in Germany, for instance. And delivery traffic to/from shops is probably still allowed for some hours in the morning, trucks collecting garbage is allowed for some hours at certain days of the weeks, etc. Look at these Street View screenshots from a few randomly chosen spots in Pontevedra.
