I agree with the image too. The statement was to poke fun at the cult like way all the things listed are normalized to the point of making any other view feel « not right » therefore *must* be the actual evil. "That(Thinking that way) is how he (the devil) gets you", I see as a phrase used when when someone indoctrinated is trying to deflect from an obvious fallacy/contradiction is being pointed out that they have justified based on their indoctrination. A similar manipulation to the « conspiracy theorist » dismissal
