Uh, that second camera angle is only a half degree up so you can't see through the water, so the exact same thing appears different. Are you saying Trump is no different than Biden accept for appearances?

I'm commenting on the photos. It's an optical illusion based on the critical angle of reflection of water, which is 48.6 degrees. It's probably taken from a physics textbook.
