Want to see housing affordability improve? Forget 50 year mortgages. Move the other direction to 5 year mortgages and reduce it overtime to zero mortgages. Bam…prices fall to what people can afford to pay here and now. Sure the dollar would fail but it would #makesavingsgreatagain.

Removing excess demand would do wonders lol
This makes sense to me. The same amount of money that is here, has always been here. It's innovation which creates usury, abundance and slavery. It's also our own ignorance in weights and measures.
We are commanded to keep honest weights and measures.

Leviticus 19:35-37 KJV ¶ Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.
36. Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.
37. Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the LORD.

A man who needs a house should have that house readily available to purchase by his own ability to work.

Psalm 62:12 KJV Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
At least houses are real things. You can't "drop them on your foot" but being paid in small increments of real things is over it seems. Atleast allow us to exchange our labor for something real. Something that is ours.
