Do enough cardio and eat good food. Boring, however, works.
I used to do intermittent fasting for a few years, though, did not notice any difference once I quit really.
If you’re eating the same number of calories intermittent fasting does nothing really
I shoot for two 72 hour fasts a year. Everytime it's over I'm amazed at how much inflamation has disappeared. And I'm already pretty lean
i can't speak for weight loss, but iirc your body starts to "eat"/digest some of the worst cells (autophagy) after around 12 hours with just water, tee or black coffee.. so intermittent fasting 16 hours and eating just 8 hours may really help you with lots of things. i've never even heard anything negative about it, quite the opposite, even after just a short period of trying.. it may even help against cancer, some scientists were researching:
