Yup. I have a “hot take” that it’s not worth buying a house rn and you should just rent. Leave stuff that needs to be done up the landlord. Pay the bills and focus and making more money rn to stack sats. Ofc this is highly dependent on the individual and landlord etc. Houses are massively overvalued with workers to fix them massively overpaid
