i agree with part but who failed the parents.. ? society itself is a failure because it takes cooperation to succeed. the tool isn't the problem. it is the mindset. all tools can be abused. in text this is a rushed response. i like conversations. none of these problems are easily solved but eaily prevented. however we really lose if the next generation of people cannot continue with what we built i want to get you opinion on access vs responsibility. can a person really be expected not to entertain themselves if everything else around them is boring. access is a problem too

Parents were supposed to monitor what their kids had access to and up until around 2006, they could, but once devices with full HTML capabilities came along parents needed a new method(using parental controls)to monitor what their kids were doing. The problem was, kids are entitled and think the open internet is a right, it’s not, it’s a privilege. So they start screaming at their parents about privacy and the parents give them their way because they don’t want to listen to it.

screens have always 'baby sat' kids though. parents are overworked and have little time to raise a family 'correctly'. it really hurts to see. the devalue of work / money is the culprit imo restore the value of work with bitcoin and we can all raise normal families again. i believe it all comes back around. correct the interent is not really a right. it is just access to 'things' the interent makes things easier to reach yet it itself has been used mostly for pleasure
