Remember Ross? The government jailed him unjustly in order to chill the behavior of the public with the threat that you could be next. Then they dangle a pardon and everyone lined up to support an asshat. Clear as day the government got to have their cake and eat it too. If you are locked away without a crime committed that isn't prison, that is kidnapping. We don't call it a pardon when kidnapping victims are released and we don't give the kidnapper a promotion at their job. I won't be voting for a politician in exchange for a promise to pardon anyone. I won't be signing petitions begging the government to pardon people they've kidnapped. I am begging you to stop falling for this trick. Some of you should change your nym to Charlie Brown.

We can't vote our way to freedom. We have to build it for ourselves. nostr:nevent1qqs99prga40x4wrlwrkl45t0q66lfxawx58xr32rl5gag3dmg5q7kyqpzemhxue69uhhxetpwf3kstnwdaejuar0v3shjq3qqyxlpj2gl6dt2nfvkl4yyrl6pr2hjkycrdh2dr5r42n7ktwn7pdqxpqqqqqqz4mut5k

People underestimate the damage to the freedom movement they accomplished with Ross. How many thousands never joined us in any way because of fear from him being jailed? How many thousands were duped into believing the system works if we just play along hard enough because of his pardon. Heartless to say with a mans life on the line? Sure. I'm not the one playing games with peoples lives though. I'm just spreading facts about what other people did. Samurai was already lined up come pardon time for Ross to make sure the scared away crowd didn't get emboldened by the pardon. image

I'm glad nostr:nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnkv9exkefwv46j7qgnwaehxw309ac82unsd3jhqct89ejhxtcpzemhxue69uhks6tnwshxummnw3ezumrpdejz7qghwaehxw309aex2mrp0yh8qunfd4skctnwv46z7qgewaehxw309ahx7um5wghxcmnsd9ux2mrn9e3k7mf0qy28wumn8ghj7un9d3shjctzd3jjummjvuhszxnhwden5te0wpskjepwdehhxarjd9nxjety9ehhyee0qqsq3ppke5pel7ysw3rgl5e8lt8ky7zwavm5jrs2zx9tnu2vn5nydnqnsu85r got out... I'm hoping in the fullness of time we can actually get to the Truth of whatever actually happened with the Silk Road. But it's disappointing how much the libertarian / Bitcoin movement has thrown in with Trump in exchange for it, and whatever else "the industry" has gotten. Now, if it wasn't before, Bitcoin is "right wing money" in the eyes of a broad swath of the center-left. I remember a day when it was much more apolitical... or at least less partisan.

I can't imagine what 10ish years in maximum security "concrete box" prison will do to someone's psyche. I'm sure he has a lot of work to do on himself. I recently watched the Amanda Knox biopic miniseries, and that goes through a lot of the psychological trauma of being imprisoned based on a travesty of justice, and the aftermath of what you do with that. Maybe he should write a book? and like.... did he actually order those people killed?
