much of nostr dev has been occuring within nostr, its actually more effective to talk here than github as all the interested parties are here and not on github
github has been causing some issues with the more fringe coding
it has been discussed to make a github replacement and #[6] has generously upt a large bounty, clearly because he also recognizes the potential problem with github but also the massive potential for nostr to expand into so many areas
